Returns & Exchanges
Our Return & Exchange policy is very simple and hassle-free, all you need to do is email us at jujulelemonie@gmail.com and let us know your inquiry. We will then immediately send you our courier (free of charge) to pick up the items.
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your order has been delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
REFUNDS

EXCHANGES (if applicable)
If you need to exchange an item, send us an email at jujulelemonie@gmail.com and we will send you our courier to pick it up, free of charge. Once we receive the item, we will inspect it, and then we will ship you your desired new item.
Shipping
Shipping back and forth of any exchange is free of charge.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
